Hi,

We are using DB connector trying to pull the account from the target, however account import job is failing with the below error.

Job Type : Accounts Import (Complete) from database (AccountsImportFullJob)

2023-08-08 05:32:35,244 [quartzScheduler_Worker-13] ERROR saviynt.AccountsImportService - Exception in AccountsImportService

java.io.IOException: No such file or directory

The connection is successfull and import is successfull via XML file but it's not happening via DB connection UI xml based config. Please suggest the next steps for this issue.

Please paste the screenshot of the job, also did you place the xml on the server.

Hi @tpasam ,

While running the Account import job, are you selecting any file under File Name. Make sure not to select any file if you have added Account Import xml.

If you are not selecting the file while running job but still facing issue, share your account import xml.
