Hi Team,

We have used below query to format the date .

SELECT DISTINCT SUBSTRING_INDEX(AR.JBPMPROCESSINSTANCEID, '.', - 1) AS REQUESTNUMBER , AR.ENDPOINTASCSV AS 'ENDPOINT NAME', concat(U.USERNAME,'[',U.FIRSTNAME,' ',U.LASTNAME,']') AS 'USERNAME', U.EMAIL AS 'User Email', A.NAME AS 'ACCOUNTNAME', EV.ENTITLEMENT_VALUE AS 'TCODE', EU.USAGE_PERIOD AS USAGE_PERIOD, EU.USAGEVALUE AS USAGE_VALUE, DATE_FORMAT(EU.STARTDATE,"%Y-%m-%d %h:%m:%s") AS STARTDATE, DATE_FORMAT(EU.ENDDATE,"%Y-%m-%d %h:%m:%s") AS ENDDATE FROM ARS_REQUESTS AR LEFT JOIN REQUEST_ACCESS RA ON AR.REQUESTKEY=RA.REQUESTKEY LEFT JOIN USERS U ON RA.USERKEY=U.USERKEY LEFT JOIN ACCOUNTS A ON RA.ACCESSKEY=A.ACCOUNTKEY LEFT JOIN ENTITLEMENT_USAGE EU ON A.ACCOUNTKEY=EU.ACCOUNTKEY LEFT JOIN ENTITLEMENT_VALUES EV ON EU.ENTITLEMENT_VALUEKEY=EV.ENTITLEMENT_VALUEKEY WHERE (DATE(EU.STARTDATE) BETWEEN DATE(RA.STARTDATE) AND DATE(RA.ENDDATE)) AND (DATE(EU.ENDDATE) BETWEEN DATE(RA.STARTDATE) AND DATE(RA.ENDDATE)) AND AR.REQUESTTYPE='23'

When we used the same query in Analytics date is not getting changed.

Data analyzer it look like 2024-05-07 12:05:00 but in analytics it give the result as May 07, 2024 00:00:00

can you please check and help on this.
