Database connector: Failure in import account correlation

Hi all

We have configured the connection with a database. During the account import everything seems to work fine (all of the wanted attribute in the account are correctly compiled). 

The problem is that we can't successfully correlate account and user. We have set the "User Account Correlation rule" as one customproperty of the user is equal to one customproperty of the account.

For your information we have also manually checked and the value of those two customproperty and they are equal.

How can we solve this?

Thank you for your interest.

However we have solved the issue internally. The STATUS_THRESHOLD_CONFIG wasn't correctly populated. Now it works.
