Cyberark Vault: what happens if vault connectivity Fails

Hi All.

I am working on integrating CyberArk Vault so we can use it for connecting to Target apps, I would like to understand its limitations?

Specifically when connection fails with CyberArk , how do we handle?

If cyberark connection fails, all connections using vault service will fail to retrieve secret
