Custom Tiles Not Displayed Under Home Page

Team,

I have created a custom tile, but it's not displayed under home page.

1. Created a Custom Tile

2. Selected the same in ROLE_ADMIN Feature Access Option tab.

But it's still not being visible on ARS Page.

You are on the new UI right,  But Only in old classic UI its supported.

Yes, we are using V2020.x with Modern UI.

Could you please share more details on what custom tiles are used for in your case?

In Global Configuration we have Custom Tiles option, by using this have created a tile with the below information.

Tile: CustomTile

Description: Custom Title

Icon: logo.png

URL: https://mymail.com

Tile created and it's visible in SAV Role Home Option, when we select the same, it's displaying under ARS Page.

4.  if not visible try logout/ login else restart server

Custom tiles are not supported in Modern Experience(latest versions). You may have to work with Saviynt or respective CSMs to see if they can still accommodate you.
