Hi Team,

We have created a custom SAV Role for API that have all the web service access. But when we try to call the API from postman it is throwing an error below screenshot for your reference.

Note: It is working as expected I tried with other users whose having OOTB Admin SAV role. But it is not working for custom SAV role which is created newly.

Please share web service access added in sav role.

Also share which API you are trying to run from postman with parameters

Hi Rushikesh,

Please find the web service access list in the attachment.

We faced similar issue even though we added required features to custom SAV ROLE it was not working and Saviynt accepted as bug and working on resolving it. But workaround that worked for us in our use case is we did copy the Required Default SAV_ROLE and removed unwanted features that way it worked. See if you can achieve the same

Hi Sk,

We too did the same as we created the custom SAV role as copied the OOTB SAV_ Admin role but it is not working.

When you login with that user asssigned with sav . Does all options visible

No, I could see security system, endpoint, accounts, entitlements all showing as empty "0" records.
