Hi Team,

We have created a custom SAV role, and we want users with this role to be able to view pending tasks. We have added the necessary features to the SAV role and assigned user with this role as endpoint owner. However, we are still unable to see any pending tasks, as it displays a blank screen. We are currently using version 23.6. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Please refer the attached ss and feature doc.

Sav role name should start with ROLE_

@AtrayeeDutta Did you make this user as endpoint Owner?

If yes, for Whom these pending tasks are getting assigned?

It starts with ROLE_ only, for sharing ss I have mentioned that.
