Hi,

Can someone please share the csv template for removing entitlements from accounts?

I have created a file but it seems like it needs some modification. I have attached it.

From which option you are trying to remove ?

From Admin / ARS

I am trying it through accounts-->actions-->upload account.

You need to upload all accounts under endpoint with account to entitlement mapping and while uploading there is option Delete existing Account to Entitlement Mapping  tick on it to remove mapping which is not exists in file
