Credentials Issue in configuring mailbox using Oauth

Hi Team,

We are configuring mailbox using Oauth. Giving below field values.

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Tenant ID
  • UserID
  • Email Adress

After giving all details getting credendials issue. Attaching screenshot below please take a look and let us know the solution if someone has configured same.

Is there an error in the log? Can you share the error log snip, please?

Hi Varsha,

This clearly is a permission issue and you would need to check with Mailbox admin for the correct set of permissions.

You can also configure this in postman to check if its working from Postman.

After changing the client secret key, now getting other error. Attaching below
