Creating Multiple Accounts for Same Endpoint Via Technical Rules

Hi,

We have a requirement for a client where we need to create a standard account and admin account in automated manner for an user in Active Directory if they join a specific role in the organization.  Any help on how to resolve this would be much helpful.

Are there separate endpoints in Saviynt for regular accounts vs admin accounts?

We haven't configured it yet. We want to understand whether we can create multiple account for single user for the same endpoint as part of the birthright access provisioning. For example, for the user ethanharris, standard account will be like EthanHarris and Admin account will be like ADM_EthanHarris

No you cannot creating multiple accounts under same endpoint using rules. Even if you already have multiple accounts for same user under same endpoint then rules will try to provision the access to Primary Accounts

You can create multiple endpoints and achieve your use case. We did the same in our implementation.

Can you please help in that case on we can resolve the above scenario? Does this mean if we want multiple accounts, then it can requested only via ARS?
