Creating an IT Support and HR SAV ROLE with Read Only on the Admin: Users

Hello, we want to create a ROLE_IT_SUPPORT and ROLE_HR_Users Sav role for our employes so they are able to view the Users profil in Admin : Users.

This is basically our custom ROLE_ENDUSERS but with the adding of that Feature Access.

They only thing we found is this : 

Admin: Users

Provides ability to manage users

But we don't want them to be able to manage users but only be able to view users.  Can someone help out, thank you

Under Role Details  - enable read only role flag
