Create User Form Date

Hello! Does anyone try a static date in the Create User Form? Goal: Every time I create a user, a date field should always show a specific date such as January 01, 2000.

Hmm yeah. But it does not actually set the calendar to that value. So when I set Jan 01, 2000, when you click the calendar icon, it is set to the current date.

The field is actually a Birth Date field, we don't want the User to click the arrow from 2023 all the way back to his/her birth year (1989 for example).
