From Create Email template, if you mean 'Campaign Creation' email, then it can be triggered to all the certifiers when the campaign is launched, whereas notify certifier email template is to notify the certifiers about the campaign as many times as you want by clicking on the notify certifier option in campaigns

Basic Campaign Notification Settings

Setting Description

Preview Email Template	Use this setting to select the relevant email template to use for sending the email when the campaign preview is available.
Create Email Template	Use this setting to send an email notification to the certifiers (Application Owners) when a campaign is created.
Complete Email Template	Use this setting to select the relevant email template to use for sending the email when the campaign is completed.
Discontinue Email Template	Use this setting to select the relevant email template to use for sending the email when the campaign is discontinued.
Consult Email Template	Use this setting to select the relevant email template to be used for notifying the original campaign owner on taking the campaign consult action.
Consult Complete Email Template	Use this setting to select the relevant email template to use for notifying the original campaign owner that the campaign consult action is complete.
Notify Certifier Email Template	Use this setting to select the relevant email template to use for reminding the certifier to complete the pending certification.

Create Email Template - To notify Campaign / support team that campaign is created
Notify Certifier Email Template - Notifications to certifier to complete certifications

Thanks for the response. We can choose reminder notification as part of 5 reminder we can configure as well. Is 'Notify Certifier Email Template' different from this? Please advise
