Hello everyone,
For Active Directory, I have the following correlation rule:
During the last import, Saviynt correlated a hundred or so accounts with the same identity, even though this is not the rule.
User:
EmployeeID : CP19test
systemusername : CP19test
Account :
CustomProperty24 : NULL
Name : GESTIMME
Do you have any idea what's not working?

Hi @mickeymouse ,
As per the rule user's and account's attributes values are not matching and that's why account not getting corelate I think.

Thanks a lot! After investigation we determined that the customer had manually added the value to the systemusername when the correlation had already been made!
Also initially the correlation was made because of the third clause of the correlation rule which correlated a hundred accounts to an identity that had no systemusername because the accounts had no - in their name. 😂
To correct this, we de-correlated the accounts, adjusted the rule and rewound an import.
