Control center - Analytics KPI's is not displaying under new or existing topic in control center

 Created New Analytics and added the category, subcategory and tags

Expectation: We would like to see the newly created Analytics in the control center under specific topic and the book.

Could you please let us know if we need to run any job or configuration changes so that Analytics KPI appears in the control center.

Do you have RunControlCenterAnalyticsJob scheduled?

We tried running this job manually. But the job is failing for some reason.

We tried checking the logs but nothing helped there 

 

Okay without knowing the error or logs won't be able to help much, But as an alternative try to run the analytics manually and see data is showing in control center, If it is then you can schedule that analytics separately until your control center job issue is fixed
