Hi,

We are running entitlement owner campaign. We want to get consulted entitlement and consulted account information in the consult email. Can someone let me know which object can be used for that or is that at all possible or not? consult.PNG

Hi @indrahema95 ,

Thanks for reaching out.

The Consult Email supports only the below binding variables mentioned. It is not possible to get the consulted entitlement or the consulted account. Please submit this as an enhancement on the Ideas portal - https://ideas.saviynt.com/ideas/

Can you please use below variable in consulted email body and share the output.

${this.binding.variables.each {k,v -> println "$k = $v" + "<" + "br" + ">"}}

There is no directly variable available/documented. We need to prepare a logic based on exposed variables. It may or may not be possible, we can only define that based on the output from above variable. So please use that share the output

If we are not able to derive the data from exposed variable then only option is to open an IDEA: https://ideas.saviynt.com/ideas/

Hi @indrahema95 ,

By looking at the response, consulted entitlement or the consulted account is not supported.

Please submit this as an enhancement on the Ideas portal - https://ideas.saviynt.com/ideas/

Thanks!
