Connection timed out error for SOAP Connection

Hello Team,

We are getting connection timed out error while connecting to QAD Target Application from Saviynt Dev instance through SOAP Connector and cannot determine anything from the logs. Attaching  the log snippet and screenshot here:

could you please share  sample ConnectionJSON & Are you able to pass the same in SOAP UI.

Can you ask the Saviynt team to verify if the port 80 to this application is open? The first thing to confirm should be that you have the connectivity open

Also, investigate the logs to see what error you are getting

  • Does it working from soapUI ?
  • Check port opening from Server / SC2 with help of Saviynt Support (Freshdesk)

Thanks for the suggestions, we have seen the port is not open for that particular target, it was open for other URL.
