We are getting connection timed out error while connecting to QAD Target Application from Saviynt Dev instance through SOAP Connector and cannot determine anything from the logs. Attaching the log snippet and screenshot here:

Can you ask the Saviynt team to verify if the port 80 to this application is open? The first thing to confirm should be that you have the connectivity open

Also, investigate the logs to see what error you are getting

Thanks for the suggestions, we have seen the port is not open for that particular target, it was open for other URL.
