Hello Team,

Subject: Connection Issue for ADSI Connector Type for AD Integration

Details:

We are using ADSI connector type for Active Directory integration with Saviynt, we have followed the attached documents and Saviynt link for the integration.

> Client builds new Host for IIS and did the configuration as per document.

> Deployed the ADSI zip and extract on IIS server physical path as per configuration document. 

> Configured Application Pool and ADSI website on IIS server as per configuration document.

> Required Restart of IIS performed.

We are getting 503 error while doing the validation from postman as mentioned in the integration word document.

Hi @nkashyap 

Have you created a connection in Saviynt and validated that the test connection is successful? Can you also provide details of the API that you are invoking from postman?
