Connection for saviynt is failing

The connection for saviyntforsaviynt is failing. Can someone please tell me where can I find the below details? Do I need to raise a FD to get these details or these exist somewher in the system.

You will need to raise FD ticket to get these details.

Saviynt added the url and credentials to the connection and it worked.
