There was missing revocation tasks created after campaign expired

For example,

One manager (John) has thre reportee with access in Ariba

A has remove account created

B didn't have any revoke task created

C didn't have any revoke task created

In this case, what's best way to re-create revoke tasks?

we need to re-generate missing remove access tasks for those users. is there a way to re-trigger in this case? I hope task source should be "Certification" so we would like to avoid to create task manaully with API

We ran job below to make campaign expired.

Expire Attestation based on End Date (ATTESTATIONEXPIREDJOB)

Since then, all revoke tasks for uncetified item were created.

I am wondering if we can make missed revoke task again if we run job below.

User Manager Certification Deprovisioning Job (CampaignDeprovisioningJob)

You can create detective report to identify such cases and create tasks
