Hi,
We are working with entitlements and child entitlements. I have read the two documentations below and still a bit unclear on how associated and child endpoints are configured.
Viewing Accounts (saviyntcloud.com)
Viewing or Updating Endpoints (saviyntcloud.com)
We have a user who receives an entitlement through ARS. under the users account page > entitlement hierarchy, we see the entitlement and beneath that we see the 30 groups associated with the main entitlement. Also, when we check in AD, we see the entitlement as well as the 30 associated entitlements. However, when we click specifically into the associated entitlement (entitlement details pages)> Accounts. Our user is not appearing under the accounts tab. Why is this? What exactly is happening in the backend for the child entitlements and associated entitlements? Any extra insight or articles would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

As discussed, what you see on the entitlement heirarchy page is a snapshot of the data stored in the backend - account to entitlements mappings. We show the direct mappings and the indirect mappings here. However since the 30 child entitlements are not assigned directly, they do not show up if you go into those entitlements and look for that account since there is no task associated to them.
