Child Entitlements In Modern Experience Approval

In the classic experience approval page, you could click on an entitlement and view child entitlements:

However in the modern experience you can't click it or view the child entitlements anywhere:

Even when you click view details you don't get any info about the entitlement:

Am I missing a configuration I need to turn on or was this feature removed in the modern experience?

It seems missing functionality we have also raised freshdesk ticket 1561751 on same
