Check deDuplicationStatus value change and trigger User Update Rule

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where we need to trigger User Update Rule on change of the deDuplicationStatus value of a User, i.e. once the duplicate User is rejected and deDuplicationStatus value changes from (0->2) we want to trigger the rule but unfortunately Saviynt is not triggering the rule by detecting the change, we have used trigger condition as update via API calls, update via Import but none of them seems to work.

Could you please help with a way to achieve this.

Is the value getting upated when you do the update via Api, Also once you do did you check the rules, did it try to run the rules ( Also check if check rules was set as true ) when you tried to update the user.

please check the log which will help you to understand where it is going wrong.

Also check the user udpate event in the log to see to understand how its getting updated if you do via Identity match and merge.
