Hi team,
Because of a configuration problem or a bug (It's not clear to us yet), we have generated some users with wrong usernames.
My question is, is there a way to change these usernames? In the connected systems (LDAP), we generated the accounts with wrong usernames and we will need to change them (we can do it directly in the final system). I would like to change it in the Saviynt users, too. Someone knows if it is possible?

Hi @neotello
Are you not able to change the usernames from the user profile UI?
The username field is editable and can be modified.

Hi armaanzahir,
Yes, I did it. But nothing happened. If I check the modification request, I cannot see this change. In the modification of the capture, I changed the middle name and the username, but only the first one was processed.

Hi @smitg ,
I made this modification and you are right, with this option enabled I can modify the user.
I cannot make this modification in production because we need to have a workflow configured for the user modification. But maybe we could enable the auto-approve, fix the users, and disable the auto-approve again.

Yes also you can use custom query job to modify the username.
