Certifier getting multiple first reminder emails

Campaign was launched and the first reminder interval was set to 14. On 14th day certifier got the email and he started getting the reminder mail every 6 hours.

Certifier reminder job is scheduled to run at every 6 hours but ideally that job should send the reminder only once.

This is how I do it, Such issue never occurred for me.

What is frequency of reminder job. Any concurrent job scheduled

There is just one certifier reminder job scheduled to run every 6 hours.

How can I check if there are any other jobs scheduled for the same time schedule.?
