Certification 'Remove' option

Hello,

Our client has a unique need for user certifications. For 'Revoke/Remove' option they have 2 use cases

1. Remove - Regular OOB remove option

2. Remove with condition - This should remove user access in application and trigger a service now ticket to a particular group

Can you please advise how this can be accomplished?

I am assuming here that , in both cases the target application is same. One app will use one connection only for provisioning. One app cannot have a service desk connection and normal provisioning connection also. So irrespective of remove condition , same app cannot invoke 2 different connections.
