Would there be any other way to capture an endpoints password task content to an email template than using the template in the Endpoint configurations (admin > sec sys > endpoint > add email templates).
Currently we have a environment where we send the endpoints initial one time password as an sms through email template configured at the endpoints 'add email templates' section. This template contains binding variable ${task?.password} that fetches the password.
Would we be able to capture this password task in any other module/functionality in Saviynt?
We have tried with user update rule that would send the same template but with no luck.
We assume that this password task might be only available at the endpoint level but if anyone knows any other way (analytics, etc.) we would really appreciate the info. Thanks already in advance!
