Cannot Transport Global Configuration from one environment to another

Hi,

We have made a lot of changes in our Global Configurations in our dev environment, especially the create and update user form. However, when we transport it to the Production, it shows all of it is existing and does not get actually transported in our production

How do i transport any change in global config that is in the Dev environment?

Hi @AshishDas ,

Can you please let us know what kind of information is missing from the transport package. Did you try open the json once exported and check the values if exported for objects selected by you.

Have you completed the transport process and imported the configuration in target environment? Ideally existing configuration will be over written once you complete the import process.

Didn't find "Global Config" in your snapshot.

Probably you missed to select this as well in your export?

Try this out if not done already? Select this along with other details and perform export > import.

Another observation: Even though you try exporting everything which is under Global config, but still there will be few things which might not be 100% transferred. You may have to do that manually!!
