Cannot see endpoint in ARS after creating it successfully

Hi , 

I have configured an endpoint and have attached it with the relevant security system . Also I have turned requestable to on . But still I am unable to see it in ARS . Can someone please help me with the probable cause of this ?

Hi @aibasu ,

Did you added workflow for Add Access/Remove Access in Security System? Without workflow, endpoint will not be visible for request in ARS.

Please check below points:

  • Verify whether the access query on the Endpoint meets the specified condition
  • Check if the Endpoint is requestable.
  • Check if Add Access and Remove Access Workflow is added in the Security System of the corresponding Endpoint.

  • Workflow needs to be attached in Security System for Add & Remove Access.
  • Make sure Access query under endpoint is meet criteria for requested user.
  • Make sure requestable flag is set to true
