Hi Team,
Can we trigger email notifications for an overdue campaign, for any actions on the campaign or on locking of an overdue campaign? As we are able to take actions on an overdue campaign and also able to lock/finish that campaign, but emails are not triggering. Request you to please confirm.

Hi @Ajit ,
First of all, action should not allowed on overdue campaign, raise FD ticket for that.
But in Saviynt there is job ATTESTATIONEXPIRED to expire all the overdue campaign, did you the run job and still you are able to perform action?

yes the overdue campaigns are getting expired after running the ATTESTATIONEXPIRED job, that is working perfectly fine.
But before running ATTESTATIONEXPIRED job, we are able to take actions on an overdue campaign. Is this a correct behavior or that should also be not allowed?

Saviynt allows taking action on overdue campaign. Schedule the ATTESTATIONEXPIRED job periodically to avoid such scenarios.
The campaign owners have an option to send notifications to the certifiers of individual certifications that are overdue using the Notify option in the Certification List page
