Can we add user group as owner for the entitlement

Hello,

Our requirement is to add user group as a owner for specific entitlement is it possible to do that?

Nope. Only Individual user can be added as the owner of the entitlement.

You can add multiple owners to the same entitlement with different ranks.

Only 1 owner can be added as Primary Certifier.

Thanks for quick response.

Let says I have two owners with same rank 1 will notification triggers to both users and any of them can approve the request, is that actually possible  or

lets say two owners one with rank 1 and rank 2 will notification sends to both users and any one can approve the request. Can I know how  the process works.

TASK: Access Approval 

The component is used to achieve the following tasks:

  • Assigning tasks to a particular user from the list or all entitlement owners to approve access for certain entitlements. 

  • Assigning tasks to secondary role owner approval.

  • Adding escalation condition to assign tasks to secondary role owner in case primary role owner fails to take action in the defined time frame.

This block consists of the following parameters:

  • Name: Specify the appropriate name.

  • Whom To Send Request: Select the owner type such as  All Owner, or Owner Having Rank1 to Rank25 (Select any one option)

  • Type Of Approval: Select the type of approval required from the following options:

    • All Owner Approval Required

    • Any Owner Approval Required

    • Serial

  • Notification Email Template: Select the email template to notify the approver or user based on the email template selected for the request.

  • Notification Email Template (Requestor): Select the email template to notify the requestor once the request is successfully submitted.

  • 1st Reminder Email Template: Select the email template to notify a approver after the 1st Reminder Due Date is passed.

  • 1st  Reminder Due  Date: Select the number of days or minutes to send a reminder notification. You can select the number minutes or days from 1 to 10.

This block consists of the following connection points:

  • Access Approved

  • Access Rejected

  • Escalation
