Can we add more entitlement attributes visible in ARS in table view

Hi Team

We have a requirement from client where they want to display more information related to requestable entitlements in Access request form apart from just Entitlement value, Relevance and description. Can we add a new column for a separate attribute like display name instead of relevance as in the screenshot below ?

Can you please share if this is feasible or not? If yes then please share steps to do that?
