Can a data change threshold be set for Users?

Hi, 

We had a User import file from a lower environment mistakenly loaded to our environment that corrupted a large amount of User data. We are automating to avoid the possibility of this happening in the live production environment, but I was wondering if it is possible to set a data change threshold on User updates, similar to what is available in the connector for accounts.

I believe , you can set threshold for termination but not for user updates. Might be an enhancement request in the ideas portal.
