Campaign Progress bar is not updating

Hi Team,

Can someone help me on the below issue.

We have launched a campaign and progress bar shows 20% when we clicks on Refresh Progress then it set back to 0% and after running the Campaign_Refresh Job also the progress shows 0%.

Is there any way to fetch the progress bar as expected.

We have scheduled the job but the progress bar is still not updating
