Campaign launched shows No data Available

Hi,

We are trying to launch a campaign in Dev using the User manager type campaign for a specific endpoint.

After this campaign is launched, we see that the certification shows 'No data available'.

There are 4 entitlement type in the endpoint which was used. And all of them are marked certifiable. 
But if we untick SAP ROLES (one of the entitlement type) and try to launch a campaign by reconfiguring the previous one, then we get some data in the certification.

Please let us know if any configuration is getting missed or is there some other reason due to which the certification doesn't show any data.

Can you please share your campaign configurations for the two campaigns that were launched.

Hi,

Both the campaign had same configuration, for the same endpoint. But one of the entitlement_type (SAP_ROLES) was unticked.

And nothing is added in Step 2 - Access Approval, Revoke Tasks, Basic Campaign Notifications, Campaign Reminder Notifications

And then selected a certifier.
