Bulk user creation self service and approval

Hello

I was told there is feature available to set workflow for bulk user creation request.

Question

1. From which version is this feature available?

2.Do we must purchase TPAG to use this feature?

3. Can we restrict user to update or create selected users? Do we need to control over workflow?

4. Whats best practice for tpag? (My understanding is to onbard third party company and users in the org. And we can revoke for all when company us off-boarded).

I am looking for option name below 

"Enable request for user bulk upload" 

And I want to enable this bulk request option in ARS for ROLE_ENDUSER

I am not able to see VALIDATION -> Bulk Upload under Global config -> identity lifecycle

You can raise ticket with saviynt support if TPG is free they will backport

Tpag is not free. I am wondering bulk upload with approval for user creation not org is part of tpag
