Bulk upload of user requests failed

Hi, 

The bulk upload of user access requests failed with invalid date format. We are trying to upload user requests for access via ARS multiple user requests. We are using the attached format. But whenever we upload the file it says invalid date format. We have used the format prescribed in the document but didnt help. can someone please through some help.

The excel doesnt seem to work for remove access though it worked for Add access.

Hi Rushikesh. We're facing a similar issue. When doing bulk uploads to add access for multiple users, we get the success message but no pending tasks are created and access is not granted.

It is working for add access though but not working for remove access. Any leads?
