After uploading the file for bulk role request and clicking run now, I get this confirmation message and another pop up saying the background job has started. However, I don't see anything in the request history or anywhere.
Is there something I'm missing? Please advice.

What is the workflow assigned for multi user requests?
Can you check the workflow assigned in Admin > Global Configurations > Request and check the below config:
Managing Workflow Approvals (saviyntcloud.com)
Kindly assign an auto approval wf manually created and attach it here in case you want it to be auto approved.
