Bulk Request Upload - New account requests

Hi Team,

I am trying Bulk upload request via Manage access for others > Request access for others - Multi user > action. 

I want to upload request for both new account and add access. But its failing with below error as we have made selecting entitlement mandatory while submitting new account request.

errorSet:[Entitlement type 'Role' is required]

(Excel I am using is working fine for add access request upload when user already have account for the particular endpoint)

How to upload new account request in such scenario?

Any  suggestion on this is much appreciated.

Can you try disabling "selecting entitlement mandatory " and try the upload.

I am able to upload new account request by disabling "selecting entitlement mandatory ". But dont want to do this in production

When entitlement is mandatory every user in bulk request should be having access in sheet or it may fail.
