Ideally group name i.e. entitlement should come from AD directly

Are you looking to create brand new AD Groups (in bulk) in AD or do you want to populate the existing AD Groups in Saviynt ?

Bulk AD Group creation is not supported

@Karthik as @rushikeshvartak mentioned, Bulk AD Group creation is not supported. Currently, you can either use the UI or make use of the API to creates group but creating in bulk is not supported.
