Bulk delete Technical/Userupdate Rules

Hello Team , 

There are 120+ technical rules present in our system. Need to delete all these . Are there any easiest way to do this instead of one by one clicking it to delete ?

Please let me know its a bit urgent.

I don't think API's are available (not in 5.5 version at least) So only option I can think of is DB operations (update and make it inactive or delete)

The only option is manually deleting 1 by 1.
