Box Folder Import

Hi Team,

We are importing Box files and folders in Saviynt Prod. In Box – Prod we have 12 million files and folders. Due to that Import job is running for 3 days and only 1 million records have been imported till now.

We have following queries which need immediate attention.

1. Entitlement import JSON has following configuration-

{

  "IMPORT_FILES_AND_FOLDERS": "YES",

  "IMPORT_GROUPS": "YES"

}

Can we import only folders? Is there any other configuration? If yes, please provide details. In connector doc no information present.

2- Although we have created JOB with Multithreaded configuration but looks like still it is very slow. Please provide best practices if there are any.

as per documentation, you can't import only folder

Do you have anything on 2nd question? I think the job is very slow although we are running as multithreaded.
