Blackline: Unable to reactivate an account that has no entity

For those who are working on Blackline integration, have you also come across this issue and what did you do?

Scenario: User account has had all the accesses revoked in Blackline via Saviynt, including entity access. Per Blackline's behaviour, if an account no longer has any entity assigned, the account goes inactive.

Now, if you try to reactivate the account from Saviynt, Blackline will throw an error saying ,"message":{"detail":"Cannot set to Active. A user must be assigned to an entity","status":400,"title":"Bad Request"}

But you can't assign an entity because Blackline requires an entity already assigned to begin with.  Catch-22.

add default entity code while reactivating
