Hello Team,
We have a requirement to give birthright access for one of the rest based application.
We have created technical rule having the condition as "users statuskey is 1" then create account and add accesses for new users on that application.
And also we have written advanced query in another technical rule for the same birthright.
tried both the ways to add account and accesses, however both did not work.
Kindly let us know why rules are not triggering and suggest what is the best way to make this possible.
Thanks,
Srividya

If these are birthright rules then you haven't checked Birthright. is this expected?
Thanks

Hi @SA_123 ,
Since you mentioned these are birthright rules, you have not checked the birthright option in the rule. You can refer to the below documentation for more information on creating technical rules
Thanks,
