Autoapproving Role based on existing Entitlement that user already has

Hi!

Customer wants to replace Privileged Access management capabilities with Saviynt PAG

1. Customer requests  entitlement to be eligible for another Enterprise Role  (Microsoft Zero Standing Access)

2. If customer is eligible he/she is auto approved to the Enterprise Role

How can we implement this  in Workflow or by using some other functionality in Saviynt?

This is very important to the customer.
