Attestation campaign launch issues

Hello,

I am trying to launch a campaign, I configure everything but when I try to launch it, a spinning popup will appear and then nothing happens. I left my window open for multiple hours to make sure it is not something temporary but to no avail. The same exact settings are working in a different environment with no issues. This is not even moving the campaign to launching state.

Hi @Baver ,

  • Are you seeing any error in the logs when launching the campaign?
  • Can you check and validate if your ES is up and running by running a query under the intelligence module?
  • Also, what are the values configured for the below fields under Global Configuration? Please match them with the environment where it is working.

Do not click on Create Now, click on Preview as best practice. Once the campaign is in Preview mode then Activate the same.

  • It seems elastic search service is not running on your application
    • Validate if are able to run any analytics report

@DaanishJawed @dgandhi @rushikeshvartak  - Thank you all for the replies. I can run analytics with no issues. Even if I try to hit preview on the campaign I encounter the same behavior.

Hi @Baver ,

  • Are you still seeing this issue?
  • By looking at the logs, there is an issue with certain keywords. Are you using any of the keywords mentioned in the below document during campaign launch?

  • What happens when you click on Create Now instead of Preview?
