Hi team, the assignedfromrule seems to have cleared for quiet a few entitlements that were assigned to entitlements which were assigned to through ars task ,
we tried running retrofit job both through ui and job control pannel by enabling in global configuration but it does not seem to populate the assignedfromrule value , what could be the the possible solution for this

@NM @rushikeshvartak Thanks retrofit worked, i was trying it from UI earlier , worked when i created a job for it .
Just a follow-up question , there were just few entitlements for which the assignedfromrule didn't populate , these accounts and user are active were added in the past through ars task created by the same rule ...but they don't currently meet the criteria defined in the technical rule to be in that group , i was expecting the retrofit to remove the entitlement from the account or at least populate the assignedfromrule value
is it the expected behavior or should it have added assignedfromrule and created an automatic task for removal of those entitlement once retrofit run.

Hi @BT, retrofit job won't create a task.
Is it possible to share the logs after running the job?

Got a confirmation on this Retrofit wont create a task as well as it wont work for the entitlement that were assigned to user in the past but no longer meet the criteria .
