Assign ServiceAccount SAV ROLE to Service Account Owners

Hi,

We have created a SAV ROLE for all Service Account Owners. When any user is made an owner of a service account, he/she should automatically be assigned the Service Account SAV Role so as to view the 'Manage Service Account' tile via which it can perform other CRUD operations on the service account he is an owner of.

How can we achieve that? Any help is appreciated
