Hi All,

We have Actionable Analytics which will do ProvisionAccess - , It assign an entitlement ( X) , same time we want an another entitlement (y)also to be added when analytics runs this should happen backend not through query , in the Analytics only one Action ( one entitlement is allowed) for the user.

Entitlmeent Map ( Other Entitlement Details) doesn't work since its Analytics not ARS request.

any inputs - How to achieve this ?

Hi

You should be able to achieve this requirement using Saviynt4Saviynt by modifying one of the user attributes and thereby triggering the user update rule to provision both entitlements.

Thanks, @IAM_99 Assigning both the entitlements from Analytics doesn't seem to be feasible.

This approach will be outside actionable analytics. The same logic being used in analytics needs to be embedded in sav4sav to update the user attribute and trigger the user update rule.
